Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Upon receipt of your order, normal ship time is within 2-4 business days. Exceptions are when supplies are backordered beyond our control, a large volume of orders, if there are custom products unique to your order that have a longer lead time or simply general delays in order fulfillment.

That being said, we will always work to get your order out as quickly as possible. We know you're excited to receive your order and we can't wait for you to get it!

Please check at the top of any product page for a banner that updates on current shipping times. We will always work to keep that as updated as possible.

If you need your order for a special event or a gift that is timely, please consider expedited shipping and also make a note in the "Notes" section at checkout so we know.
